Surgical Gown

Our Surgeon Gowns are produced with premium cuffs of at least 8-10 cm, Hook and Velcro Fastener with Piping of non-woven material stitched to raw edges of neck opening extending at both ends for tying. Gowns are hygienically folded and packed in Medical Pouch and Hot Sealed, further into strong master cartons, then into the ETO Sterilisation chamber which runs a cycle for 8-9 hours in order to kill any bacteria or virus.

We use the latest technology of Ultrasonic Sealing which prohibits the entry of virus/blood.

AAMI Protection Level of Surgical Gown

AAMI Level is a classification of surgical gowns and drapes that defines the liquid barrier performance, which assists surgeons and healthcare workers to choose the type of apparel on the level of surgery/use. Laid down by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), the standard consists of four levels of protection (Levels 1-4), as defined in the table below :
